Reliable packaging suppliers

Marshall Wilson wants to ensure that you have all the information you need from us when choosing your new packaging suppliers. We’ve compiled a list of some of the most frequently asked questions here. For further information, contact our Glasgow office.

  • I have a requirement for large quantities of certain items, does your stock holding allow for bulk orders?
    We have a great deal of experience when it comes to knowing the seasonal variances of the market! Accordingly, we usually have ample stock to meet our customers’ needs.
  • Do you have a showroom with your products on display?
    Yes, we have our showroom at our Shieldhall address. The showroom is open from 8.30am until 4.30pm.
  • Part of my delivery is damaged, what is your procedure for dealing with this?
    If the delivery has been made by our own vehicle, return the goods to our driver. If we have used a third-party carrier to deliver your goods, please contact our sales team within 24 hours on 0141 445 3199.
  • I haven’t found the product I want - does this mean you can’t supply it?
    The range of products we stock is what best meets the requirements of the markets we supply. That said, there are many more products which we have access to and can source for you. Please contact the sales office and we will let you know if we can procure the items you are looking for.
  • Do your prices include VAT?
    The prices advertised on our website do not include VAT
  • What is the procedure if I need to return goods?
    To report missing or damaged goods you must contact our sales office within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. If the fault lies with Marshall Wilson, we will endeavour to replace your goods as quickly as possible and arrange for the goods to be uplifted. If the goods were delivered as requested but subsequently not required, there will be a restocking charge of 15%.
  • When will I get my delivery?
    Our own vehicles have specific daily routes throughout Scotland. Please contact the sales office for your delivery day. If you are out of our delivery area, we will despatch via courier.
  • I would like to set up an account with Marshall Wilson. How do I go about this?
    Please email our accounts team for an account application form: accounts@marshall-wilson.co.uk
  • What are your hours of business?
    Our office is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Our warehouse closes for collections at 4.30pm.
  • Can I arrange for a rep to call on me?
    Yes, please contact our sales office and we will make arrangements for one of our reps to visit at a time convenient to you.
  • Are you able to supply the general public or are you trade only?
    Our business is geared to supplying trade customers, but we are happy to supply the general public as long as you are able to accept our minimum order quantities.
  • I would like to brand my packaging, is this a service that you can offer?
    Yes, we supply many customers with branded packaging. We can supply most of our products pre-printed. Please contact our sales office to discuss your exact requirements.
  • Are you able to fulfil my order for next day delivery?
    Where possible we will endeavour to achieve next day but this cannot be guaranteed. If you require your order by a specific date, please call our customer service team on 0141 445 3199 and they will confirm if this can be achieved.
